The RNCI Indigenous Film Crew Registry provides vetted, qualified, indigenous candidates for below the line positions to help studios and producers who want to have more diverse and inclusive film crews for their productions. 
 
Red Nation Celebration Institute is also training Native Americans for below-the-line production careers.
 
RNCI Film Location Scouting and Management Careers programs in partnership with the Location Managers Guild, International are being organized for five U.S. cities in 2021, along with other RNCI film production job training programs with other guilds and organizations.
