Directors Statement

Preserving and sharing the Blackfoot Language and culture is so important. It is a way of creating community of keeping our past and future together. This project brings together Elders, youth, children, artists, teachers and cultural keepers, to retain and instill language and culture with people in my territory, and all around the world. Through this project I am helping the preservation of and renewal of our language, and the human species. The existence of renewal is important to the ecosystems and the language of the land as indigenous speakers, and the relationship for a larger purpose.
