RNCI Red Nation International Film Festival features Student Films made by Indigenous youth. RNIFF never underestimates a young mind and what they are capable of creating.  Since 1991, RNCI works with Native youth on reservations across Indian Country, urban communities and in schools (ages 4th grade – 12 grade) and with college students at USC.
