Spirit Warriors chronicles the history, sacrifice, contribution and service of the Navajo veteran from World War One to Iraq. Like most American veterans, the Navajo have suffered from the ghosts and horrors of war with very little help and support from their government. The Navajo veterans speak candidly about their experiences in war and their spiritual ceremonies to welcome them back into civilization and the tribe.
